I have wanted to bring this story to Newsvine for a long time, but it was never written down all in one place. The story is about an opportunistic community organization trying to bring down a locally owned business.

What is going on at WalMart is almost identical to what Voces de la Frontera have been attempting to do to Palermo's pizza. They rained lies and calumny on the company in an effort to force unionization. They tried to get State entities (universities) to cancel contracts with Palermo's based on the lies they told.
